Profile built and reviewed
We build your profile together. You write the about section. We review it for specificity and accuracy before it goes live.
Listed in the directory
Your profile is live and connected to relevant trade category pages. As the directory grows, listed pros appear on related content pages across the LoftPros and LoftsLofts network.
Who we're looking for
Renovation contractors with verifiable projects in heritage-designated buildings or industrial conversion lofts. Stagers who regularly work in open-plan and hard loft spaces. Mortgage brokers with lender relationships for live/work units and non-standard properties. Home inspectors whose practice includes conversion buildings specifically. Real estate lawyers who've handled heritage permit review, live/work titles, or complex loft status certificates.
We don't list generalists who have done one loft project. We list specialists whose practice is built around these properties.
